Plot Synopsis

In order to treat his sister's illness, Mu Yue's father drove while fatigued, which led to a collision with Gu Zhiyan's father's car. Both of them died in the accident. Mu Yue and Gu Zhiyan thus broke up. To comfort Gu's mother, Gu Zhiyan got engaged to Mu Qing. Li Shuhua, who was in love with Mu Yue, paid the medical expenses for Mu Yue's sister and saved her. Mu Yue was grateful and helped Li Shuhua deal with the forced marriage. The two got married. Unexpectedly, on the wedding day, Gu Zhiyan snatched Mu Yue away in public, connived at others to persecute Mu Yue, and ruthlessly cut off Mu Yue's plea for help. Mu Yue was rescued by her biological mother who rushed over. With her mother as her backer, Mu Yue returned and sought revenge on Mu Qing. After learning the truth, Gu Zhiyan embarked on a long journey to win back his wife.
