Plot Synopsis

In the 21st century, Qiao Sanyu, an ordinary and unassuming man, yearned for an extraordinary life. By accident, he got to know Yuan Tiangang, a legendary figure in the Imperial Observatory of the Tang Dynasty. Attracted by each other's charisma, the two formed a team and embarked on a fantastical journey to search for the Imperial Seal of the State, exorcise evil spirits, solve cases, fall in love and make money. Qiao Sanyu utilized modern knowledge, while Yuan Tiangang relied on his knowledge of astronomy, geography and mysterious magic to fight against the forces of evil. However, a vendetta involved Qiao Sanyu in the mystery of a murder case, and Yuan Tiangang also returned to the Tang Dynasty. After falling into loneliness and despair, Qiao Sanyu was determined to rely on himself. When he was striving to clear his name, a familiar face emerged, and the story entered a new cycle. Qiao Sanyu's future was full of uncertainties and expectations.
