Plot Synopsis

In the 14th year of the Republic of China, Qin Yiqing's mother, Gu Wenpei, was silenced by the fourth concubine, Wei Xueqin, in collaboration with the second concubine after she discovered the truth that the second concubine was having an affair with the butler and that the fourth concubine was secretly running a brothel. After witnessing her mother's murder, Qin Yiqing, who was left homeless, endured humiliation and worked as a singer for ten years, just to return to the Qin family and avenge her mother's death.
