Plot Synopsis

Princess Yunzhu, the eldest princess, was living among the common people and got married to Cheng Shimei. After Cheng Shimei won the title of Zhuangyuan (the top scorer in the imperial examination), he abandoned her in order to curry favor with Princess Muzhu. After Princess Yunzhu regained her identity, Cheng Shimei and Princess Muzhu slandered her at the family recognition banquet. After the truth came to light, the two of them were punished. Princess Yunzhu ended up with General Xu Wanzhi of Dingyuan and found happiness.
