Plot Synopsis

On New Year's Day, Zhao Qi, a deaf-mute woman, was taken home by her boyfriend Liu Hao to meet his parents and second uncle. Zhao Qi originally thought that she had found happiness and planned to tell them the news that she could hear with the help of a hearing aid. However, she accidentally overheard the conversation between Liu Hao's mother and his second uncle and learned that all the kindness they showed her during the day was just a pretense. Thus, Zhao Qi embarked on a path of escape. After a thrilling escape, Zhao Qi originally thought that she could leave the village together with her boyfriend Liu Hao. But unexpectedly, Liu Hao, like her parents, was also a group of extremely vicious human traffickers.
