Plot Synopsis

He Zida and Jiang Yousheng grew up together and joined the army together. He Zida's wife, Yang Yi, and Jiang Yousheng's wife, Chu Fengping, were also good friends. Both of them worked as confidential clerks in Jiang's unit. One day, Jiang Yousheng received a secret telegram from his superiors, informing him that Yang Yi had defected with both witnesses and evidence. He was ordered to deal with Yang Yi immediately.
