Plot Synopsis

Six years ago, Liu Xiying sacrificed herself to Shen Xingzhi in order to save He Ran, but gradually developed feelings for him during their time together. Six years later, Liu Xiying's heart disease worsened, and Shen Xingzhi broke up with her because his fiancée, Meng Ying, came back. He Ran reappeared and started to pursue Liu Xiying again, which led to misunderstandings on Shen Xingzhi's part. When Liu Xiying had a heart attack, Shen Xingzhi missed seeing her for the last time and was extremely grief-stricken. Half a year later, upon learning that she was still alive, Shen Xingzhi was determined to pursue her. After going through numerous hardships, the two finally got together.
