Plot Synopsis

Lin Feng, a doctor who returned from overseas, was looking forward to reuniting with his wife Qiao Xin with great anticipation. However, he caught sight of Qiao Xin, with a pregnant belly, walking intimately with Ye Heng, a friend in the advanced stage of cancer, in the hospital. Qiao Xin confessed that she had undergone in vitro fertilization for Ye Heng, who was about to die without an heir. Qiao Xin's parents even morally blackmailed Lin Feng, demanding that he take on the responsibility of raising the child. Lin Feng seemingly compromised on the surface but secretly contacted the Doctors Without Borders organization, preparing to flee.
