Plot Synopsis

Zhou Jingchi, the young master of the Hong Kong entertainment circle, made a bet with his buddies that he would win over the grassroots girl Shen Wan within a month. Moreover, in order to test Shen Wan's sincerity, he pretended to be a brain tumor patient to deceive her. Shen Wan worked eight jobs a day to earn money to treat her boyfriend's illness. Unexpectedly, one day when Shen Wan was working in a KTV, she happened to encounter Zhou Jingchi holding a birthday celebration party for himself. He told his buddies about his pretending to be poor and sick all at once. Shen Wan was greatly shocked as she stood in the corner.
