Plot Synopsis

Ye Qian and Gu Jingchen's biological mothers arranged a childhood betrothal for them. Gu Jingchen promised that he would marry Ye Qian when they grew up. However, after Ye Qian's biological mother died, she was sent to the countryside. Fifteen years later, Ye Qian married into the Gu family but was despised by Gu Jingchen, simply because Gu Jingchen had transferred his affection to Yuanbao.
