Plot Synopsis

Song Baozhu, the Boy of Good Wealth, could turn stones into gold and had natural good fortune. However, he repeatedly caused troubles in the Heavenly Realm and even ate up all the thousand-year-old flat peaches at the Pantao Banquet. He was then sent by the Wealth-attracting Immortal to the mortal world to undergo trials and send good fortune to mortals during the New Year. After descending to the mortal world, Song Baozhu encountered numerous setbacks. When he was starving, he was rescued and adopted by Jiang Shuti, a down-and-out president. Jiang Shuti, who had been plagued by bad luck before meeting Song Baozhu, then had a streak of good luck. The nearly-bankrupt restaurant suddenly became bustling with customers, and a whole gold mine was even discovered.
