Plot Synopsis

Five years ago, Wang Yan, who was kind-hearted by nature, practiced medicine in Wangjia Village for five years at the request of the villagers. However, after five years of hard work, all she got was a bill of 350,000 yuan that the villagers owed her. Soon, Wang Yan's father, Wang Dashan, needed money for his heart disease. Wang Yan went to the villagers to ask for the debt back, but the villagers refused to pay it back. They even slandered Wang Yan, saying that she had made black-hearted money from the villagers and wanted to expel Wang Yan's family from the genealogy. Wang Dashan was so angry that he fell into a coma. Later, Wang Yan met her senior fellow apprentice Zhou Wenbo in the hospital and got in touch with her teacher, Zhao Zhiming, a leading figure in medicine. Zhao Zhiming rushed to Wangjia Village and exposed the evil deeds of the villagers, and the villagers paid the due price for it.
