Plot Synopsis

Wen Wan had a tragic experience when she was young. Her village was burned down and her mother died to save her, which was actually caused by Bai Zhenzhen's joking remarks. She swore to expose Bai Zhenzhen's family. She took the money given by her mother to exchange for an adoption opportunity in the neighboring village and also disguised herself as ugly to avoid becoming a child bride. After growing up, Wen Wan went to work in Bai Zhenzhen's family company. Learning that the Leng Chen family could suppress Bai Zhenzhen's family, she began to look for opportunities to get involved with Leng Chen.
