Plot Synopsis

Killers always have a price for killing, ranging from tens of thousands of yuan at the lowest to tens of millions. But recently, a strange killer has emerged. He doesn't accept remuneration, but only kills powerful and wealthy people who deserve to die. It's rumored that he calls himself "Seraphim". A Japanese who invaded China was killed by "Seraphim" in Hong Kong. In order to get the remuneration, another killer tracked down "Seraphim". It turned out that "Seraphim" was a police commander in Hong Kong who specialized in killing bad guys. Later, Xiao Fu joined "Seraphim" to kill the Japanese thugs who wanted to kill "Seraphim" and get the remuneration all by themselves. And Xiao Fu became the second-generation "Seraphim".
