Plot Synopsis

A general who wholeheartedly wanted to serve the country but was transferred away from the battlefield under the guise of a promotion, a scholar full of learning but who encountered the abolition of the imperial examination system, a widow from Tianqiao who was honored with a chastity archway, and a royal princess who had studied in the West and was full of anti-traditional ideas, etc. Men and women of all kinds with vastly different backgrounds and personalities accidentally entered China's earliest sports team.
