Plot Synopsis

On the eve of the Spring Festival, Wang Dafu, the contractor, led the migrant workers from Yinfeng Village to seek help from Zhang Qi, a college student who runs a supermarket, asking him to help claim the wages owed by the Rising Sun Group. Out of a sense of hometown affection, Zhang Qi agreed to help, but he endured great humiliation during the process of claiming wages and was even misunderstood by the villagers as embezzling the money. It turned out that there were quality problems with the project. Qin Yanran, the chairperson of the Rising Sun Group, considering that Zhang Qi had once saved her, agreed to pay half of the wages. However, the villagers pushed their luck and caused trouble many times. Finally, with the intervention of the law, the troublemakers were punished and the wage issue was properly resolved. Zhang Qi and Qin Yanran grew closer in their relationship and celebrated the Spring Festival together.
