Plot Synopsis

Xiao Zhenyu, who was summoned to go on an expedition, chose to break up with Bai Qingxue in order not to hold her back. However, Bai Qingxue promised to wait for his return. Xiao Zhenyu fought on the battlefield and was conferred the title of Marquis An. But he was ambushed by the enemy, fell off a cliff and became demented. Bai Qingxue stayed by his side without abandoning him, but was ridiculed by relatives and friends. At the critical moment, Xiao Zhenyu regained his memory. After learning of the grievances Bai Qingxue had suffered, Xiao Zhenyu decided that he must make it up to her.
