Plot Synopsis

Teng Hui went out to work hard on the construction site to make a living. Every month when he got his salary, he transferred it to his wife Xi Shi without hesitation. However, during her long period of being alone, Xi Shi's heart was gradually eroded by vanity and loneliness. She had an improper relationship with Xiaoming who had ulterior motives. Under Xiaoming's glib tongue and false promises, Xi Shi was deeply involved. She not only betrayed Teng Hui emotionally, but also, under Xiaoming's instigation, secretly invested the family savings in the so-called "sure-win" projects without Teng Hui's knowledge. She even went so far as to mortgage the house, use her father's pension money and borrow from her best friends, gradually sinking into the abyss of fraud.
