Plot Synopsis

Shen Ran, an orphan girl longing for love, had a conflict with her fiancé Qin Feng and his overbearing mother Jiang Huilan on the eve of the wedding. During an accidental drowning incident, Qin Feng chose to save his mother instead of Shen Ran, and this decision became an indelible pain in Shen Ran's heart. In despair, Shen Ran accepted the arranged marriage with the Gu family and married Gu Jiu, seeking a new life. Only after losing Shen Ran did Qin Feng realize his mistake. However, Shen Ran's heart was already broken. She chose to let go of the past and start a new chapter together with Gu Jiu.
