Plot Synopsis

Inspector Luo, who was newly transferred to the post, was very much displeased with the maverick ways of Detective Zhang Tiezhu. He made things difficult for Zhang everywhere and wrongly accused him without discerning right from wrong. After Detective Zhang made great efforts to solve a theft case, instead of commending him, Inspector Luo asked him to write a self-criticism. Detective Zhang was quite depressed. Out of respect for his superior, he didn't resist but could only comply. There was a gang of gun traffickers with Brother Guan as their leader. They robbed a gambling house. Wai Tsai was a car thief. Without knowing the real situation, he provided cars for Brother Guan. And accidentally, he was caught by Detective Zhang and brought back. While in prison, he was framed for murder and robbery, making his situation even worse. He was frightened, knowing that he was at the end of his rope.
