Plot Synopsis

During a misunderstanding, Lin Wan and Lu Linfeng got to know each other. After two years of being together, the mute Lin Wan fell in love with Lu Linfeng. Lin Wan's elder sister, Lin Man, had an engagement with Lu Linfeng's nephew, Lu Xiao. Lu Xiao had a reputation for being a womanizer, so Lin Man forced Lin Wan to take her place in the marriage. After learning that Lin Wan was going to get married and that she had overstepped the bounds by falling in love with him, Lu Linfeng cut off contact with her. When Lu Linfeng returned to the old house to discuss his nephew's marriage, he was shocked to find that his nephew's fiancée was actually Lin Wan.
