Plot Synopsis

"Stories of the Family and the Country" shows from different aspects the image of Comrade Liu Shaoqi as a leader of the Party and the country, who was realistic and pragmatic, diligent in serving the people, conducting investigations and research, and always caring about the common people as a public servant. It reflects that Liu Shaoqi, though holding a high position, always had the common people in his heart, as well as his proletarian revolutionary style of wholeheartedly sharing the concerns of the Party, fulfilling his responsibilities for the country, and making contributions to the people.
