Audience Reviews
The constant avoidance of the female lead has made the tug-of-war scene rather monotonous.
Generally, being pulled around is very annoying.
Sixteen days ago, after watching "Domesticate", my addiction to short dramas suddenly stopped. After watching several excellent dramas by Zeng Hui, Ke Chun, He Congrui, and Wang Yiran, I couldn't get into other shows. But it's only been sixteen days, and I already miss "Domesticate" incredibly. I quickly watched it a second time (for other dramas, I might want to watch clips but not start from the beginning). The beauty of this drama lies in that there are very few side plots. It's completely the rivalry between the male and female leads. I originally came for their scenes, and when I watched it again, all the places that should make me laugh or cry were there. The heart-wrenching parts didn't become numb because of the short time interval. They tortured each other so calmly, always thinking about the other person while forgetting about themselves, like honey mixed with a knife, not even realizing what they were doing themselves. The biggest plus is, of course, that the male and female leads were chosen so well! I really agree with the female lead's final break free. However, the overwhelming sense of regret hurts. Perhaps it's in this stage of longing but not getting that the feelings are the deepest. There can be a sense of freshness and excitement many times. Once the relationship is confirmed and people belong to each other, maybe there won't be any interest left. No matter how much bone-deep romance is paved before marriage, stability is love.
哈哈,太搞笑了! (因为文本中存在一些中文未翻译完且表述混乱等问题,无法准确完整地翻译成符合要求的英文)
The male lead has a sense of being alive. Finally, there are no more cheesy plots. Some of the lines are really explosive... Will there be a second season?
Haha, So funny!

Ignore the crazy plot... Lan Lan is extremely beautiful. I love her so much. I've said it enough.
Love comes after action. What comes before pregnancy is the reason why the female lead falls in love with the male lead. The sense of "虐" generated by unequal sex was originally depressing, but due to the ambiguous attitude of the male lead, the audience will have an expectation that they can meet each other halfway, so although the plot is so unclear, it still touches the hearts of the viewers. The female lead's character is quite difficult to play. Loving but not getting what one wants, combined with the pride of a down-and-out rich girl, adding one more point would be being cheap. Lan Lan is okay. Her handling of only responding to the male lead during the kissing scene is quite relaxed. Acting pretentious yet not really being pretentious, being "矜持" yet not really being "矜持". Having a mouth to explain, various revelations, and taking revenge when there is a feud. Except for being silent about the pregnancy following the plot, she has also tested several times. It's not clear whether it's the script or the actress's own handling. The male lead's character is also difficult to play. Wang Yiran's performance is quite thin. Only following his grandma's meaning does he confess at the end that the female lead is his first love, but there are many logical inconsistencies with the previous text. It is estimated that the script will give him a big headache, but several eye contact scenes are really quite good. Except for the good pulling feeling in the opposite-sex scenes, basically it's a mess of a runaway wife story, and there are also quite a few male-gaze perspectives. It's not derogatory but not comfortable either. There is a hint of bromance between the male lead and the second male lead. It should be noted that the text contains some inappropriate and unclear expressions, and there may be some cultural and semantic nuances that are difficult to accurately convey in a literal translation. It is recommended to review and refine such texts for better communication and understanding.
