Plot Synopsis

Lin Mulan, the second daughter of the Lin family in Shijing Village, was forced into marriage with Zhang Tianhao, the son of the village chief. On the wedding day, Xu Wenting, Lin Mulan's mother, fled with her and her eldest sister Lin Zhaoxia. The three were discovered by the villagers while escaping. Xu Wenting and Lin Zhaoxia were caught and taken back, while Lin Mulan accidentally fell off a cliff, lost her memory, and was picked up and adopted by Xu Zhen, the chairman of the Xu Group who was passing by looking for relatives. From then on, she was renamed Xu Yuan.
