Plot Synopsis
During the Republic of China period, the common people in southern Zhejiang suffered under heavy taxes and levies and the exploitation of warlords. Dong Weiguang was originally a rural teacher. After witnessing the sufferings of the people, he united with groups such as blacksmiths and hunters to secretly form the Big Blade Society.
