Plot Synopsis

Xia Jin, as the illegitimate daughter of the Xia family, suffered humiliation from her stepmother and stepsister at home. To take revenge, she climbed into the bed of Si Yan, whom Xia An had a crush on. The seemingly cold and aloof crown prince of the Si family was actually unable to resist her, and amidst the entanglement of desire, love and hatred, the two got involved with each other.

Audience Reviews

The first half is a short drama full of flirting, pretentious and greasy, almost unbearable to watch. For us good women, it's really a bit hard to understand if this is really the process of flirting in a nightclub. Are people really that easy to be hooked? It's probably all about lower body impulses. However, the acting skills of the male and female leads are quite good, with in-place eye contact and micro-expressions. But the plot arrangement is a bit strange. It seems reluctant to describe the heroine's dark history during her childhood (assuming this is what "萝莉时期" roughly means). So the plot line of the old man never fully unfolded until the end, and the scumbag is stereotyped. Just constantly showing the crazy side of the old man makes the heroine's first love have no support, and it also intensifies the old man's PUA behavior and the act of manipulating the heroine through her grandmother. That's why there is a sense of a good girl, but in fact, it's still different from a good girl being with a morally corrupt old man. Whether or not she was PUA'd, the heroine once loved. If the light that the heroine once thought was salvation but then disappeared is erased, the logic becomes a bit inconsistent and the character setting of the heroine lacking a sense of security loses its flavor. The male lead can't become the real light and salvation. Sister, wait for me. The second half after recognizing love is not greasy in acting. PS, can't one be the heroine without some skills? In fact, it still depends on men.

The plot has a bit of the shadow of "such a well-behaved girl". The male lead just looks ugly inexplicably, and the CP feeling is very awkward. The little uncle really performed the crazy feeling.

The two of them have great chemistry as a couple, but it's a pity that the female character's setting is not very good.

Wifey dramas are a bit better than those that end with a docile girl. The male lead's acting skills are quite good in short dramas.

It looks good! It's basically sweet from beginning to end 🫣. There's almost a kissing scene in every episode, which is really praiseworthy. This is the proper scale for a short drama 🫣. The male lead is more talkative than the female lead, which is praiseworthy 🫣. It's just that why does Yu Yin always fall in love with her little uncle or little uncle 🫣. And the makeup and styling are a bit lacking. The clothes are the same every time. Also, in short dramas, the male leads all love to smoke black cigarettes, which is super handsome 🫣

Better than expected. The male lead has a strong presence and interacts well with the female lead. It is shot reasonably and seriously, unlike many dramas where the male lead acts like a brainless licking dog. Although the female lead's appearance is just average, the plot is very good and engaging.

It looks great. Finally, the male lead is a normal person. He can say unpleasant things, act arrogantly, and doesn't fall in love at first sight or pursue someone persistently.

After watching "What a Good Girl", I fell in love with another short drama "The Charmer" starring Yu Yin. I like Si Yan played by Bai Fangwen. When he first saw Xia Jin played by Yu Yin, his performance of being clearly attracted but still very proud, rationally resisting and being stubborn, yet somehow caring, was excellent. Even though I don't know what the story itself is like, it made me feel that he knew Xia Jin, he understood her, and he would definitely be seduced by this "bad girl". Yu Yin is very suitable for playing the image of a little princess with a bit of pride in her bones, even though her life experience is rough. I really like Si Yan, and I also like the way Si Yan likes Xia Jin. The appearance of knowing that Xia Jin is wavering and hurt between him and his first love is also impressive. For this drama, I also flipped through other short dramas played by Bai Fangwen, but didn't pick out one that I particularly liked.

到底是谁在炒作这个矮个女主角……她在这又演老好人了……

So disgusting. The man is ugly and the woman is pretentious. The female lead is really too short and has a terrible body proportion. Can we stop filming her wearing such thick-soled high heels?

Good-looking, like to watch, although it's also a bit rustic
