Plot Synopsis

Bu Ling, who was left on the mountain after having her fortune borrowed by the Xia family, was adopted by Taoist Wuque and achieved success in her cultivation. In order to go through the tribulations, Bu Ling decided to go down the mountain to find Jiang Xian, the person fated for her, and get married to him. Coincidentally, Jiang Xian was terminally ill at that time and was facing the danger of being usurped by his younger brother Jiang Che. At the critical moment, Bu Ling showed up and had a flash marriage with him. She also drove away the evil spirit that threatened Jiang Xian's life, thus temporarily resolving the crisis.
