Plot Synopsis

When Zhu Qizhen, a food delivery guy, was delivering food, he was inexplicably flirted with by a beautiful woman and was discovered by her husband. As a result, he suffered a severe head injury and transmigrated to Daxia, becoming the captive emperor Zhu Qizhen. Zhu Qizhen offended Qiqige, the tribal chief. Qiqige wanted to kill him. In order to survive, he helped Qiqige outwit the great chief Mahamu, married Qiqige, stole her token and fled back to the imperial court of Daxia. He was made things difficult by his younger brother Zhu Qiyu and the elder statesman Bu Jiangli. After going through a series of events, through a battle of wits and courage, he finally regained the imperial throne.
