Plot Synopsis

Zheng Hao, a village doctor in Renyi Village, still adhered to the benevolence of a doctor despite the困境 of villagers not repaying their debts. He advanced medical expenses for the villagers and exhausted his family's wealth. When his father was seriously ill and urgently needed surgical fees, he was forced to burn the IOUs, but the villagers still refused to lend him money. Facing the villagers' ingratitude, Zheng Hao was once in despair. However, when a plague broke out and the villagers were in panic, he resolutely stepped forward and saved the villagers with the ancestral prescription.
