Plot Synopsis

A casino in London's Chinatown was raided by a lone killer, and the two owners were killed on the spot. Edward Yip, the local Chinese gang leader, found out that the owners' adopted nephew, "Ultra-Short Wave", had many enemies and had already fled back to Hong Kong. Suspecting that the case was a revenge killing, Yip went to Hong Kong to investigate. "Ultra-Short Wave" was always getting into trouble and had already been jailed for committing crimes in Hong Kong. Yip found him without much effort and, on the condition of his release from prison, asked him to go to the UK to assist with the investigation. Forced to agree, "Ultra-Short Wave" took the opportunity to escape as soon as he was out of prison. Unfazed, Yip dug up all of "Ultra-Short Wave"'s enemies, making it impossible for him to stay in Hong Kong any longer. Eventually, he turned himself in and went to the UK.
