Plot Synopsis

In the factory, an apparently ordinary bullying incident led to a shocking bloodbath. Zhang Rui refused to participate in the bullying of Zhan Yan, but instead was violently attacked by his co-workers. In despair, he launched a fatal counterattack, resulting in one death and one injury. This case quickly caused a huge uproar, and lawyers Ye Xiaomei and Qin Shuo got involved in the investigation. During the court trial, Zhang Rui bitterly recounted the cruel bullying he had endured for a long time and questioned the court: Does the absence of evidence mean there was no harm? Faced with one side crying about the tragic situation of the bloodbath and the other side exposing the truth of the bullying, how will the judge rule?
