Plot Synopsis

Gao Hongmei is a teacher who teaches in Jiajiaogou Village on a volunteer basis. She helped Li Xinru, a student who had dropped out of school, to return to school. The latter was admitted to Dijing University and participated in a top-secret project. Ten years later, she became the youngest academician in the field of physics. On Teachers' Day, Li Xinru returned to her hometown to visit Gao Hongmei. Coincidentally, Zhou Futong wanted to hold a funeral in the primary school, which caused a conflict. Li Xinru stopped it in time. Gao Hongmei was invited to participate in an award ceremony. However, when she learned that Xu Ying had dropped out of school, she went to look for her and helped her return to campus. Gao Hongmei was mistaken for a cleaner because of her plain clothes and was humiliated by researchers Dong Qihai and Xu Wenru. Li Xinru vindicated her, and the two researchers were punished. Gao Hongmei's deeds are respected by society and the school has begun to improve.
